We went inside. Totally disgusting. Food & beverages all over the counter, behind the counter, in their working areas. The glass counter that we order from was filthy. Ordered coffee gave us cream in coffee cup and said they had no regular sugar only sugar substitute. French fries were hard and tasted terrible. Ordered our food and watched about 10 customers get their orders before us even though placed our orders before them.
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and could not get any of the arguing staff to acknowledge my presence. Don't waste your time here. Oh also they don't wear gloves. Gross.
Flies all over the place inside, constantly out of breakfast items. But seriously, when it’s warm out, the entire Inside is swarming with flies. Disgusting.
It's local so options are limited and convenience sometimes over rules sanity but you'll never get what you ordered...EVER! In probably the 20+ or so times weve stopped here in the past couple years its new employees everytime, bunch of loud mouthed kids screaming at each other inside or having smoke breaks out back. Seen them having a smoke with the gloves on then go make some sandwiches...yum... seriously we always say we'll never go back and we don't for a while and we decide well new people new experience... It's not... It's bad just trust all the reviews. Best to just grab some gas station food and/or head to Nappanee for something.
Heath Department would have a hay day here!! TERRIBLE, Dirty old food everywhere, stuck on the machines, walls. And the smell.... worse than a port a potty at the fair on a hot day. 20 mins for a burger, terrible. The employees take pride in their cell phones too. Standing around and texting, while customers wait in line. This place needs to be shut down. DO NOT EAT HERE.......
